Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking an In-Home Field Sales Representative to run pre-qualified appointments, present window, sunroom, and bath solutions, and close deals in the home. The role emphasizes uncapped earnings in a structured, high-conversion environment with strong lead flow and scalable income opportunities.

You’ll operate with pre-qualified leads, manage your pipeline, and prioritize high-quality customer experiences, while thriving in a performance-driven, commission-only setting.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Joyce is seeking In-Home Field Sales Representatives who are confident running appointments, controlling the sales process, and closing deals in the home. This role is designed for sales professionals who want to maximize their income without being limited by a base salary.

You will run pre-qualified appointments, present solutions, and close business in a structured, high-conversion environment. Our model supports strong performers with consistent opportunity and the ability to scale their income quickly.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role built for high performers.

• Typical earnings: $150,000 to $180,000+
• Top performers: $200,000+

Compensation Includes

• Uncapped commission on all closed sales
