Home Genius Exteriors is expanding in Detroit, MI and seeks ambitious sales closers. The role offers a full-time W-2 position with heavy pre-qualified leads, minimal cold-calling, and ample earning potential.

You will meet 2–3 customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and advance through elite training and internal promotions, with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
