Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is seeking ambitious in-home sales closers for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is prepared for you before you meet the customer. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and grow quickly through elite training and internal promotions within a supportive, team-first environment.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:
