Home Genius Exteriors in Colorado is seeking a motivated Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). This full-time, W-2 role offers a hybrid work schedule; you will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+ through uncapped commissions and bonuses. Ongoing training and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days per week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
