Long Home is seeking Product Specialists to drive in-home sales with pre-set appointments. Meet homeowners, deliver professional consultations, and close sales using our proven process.

You’ll receive paid training, a generous uncapped commission, and gas allowance. No cold calling, no prospecting—just effective selling with support from our Contact Center.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or high-ticket sales is a plus.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, your focus is selling.

Our Contact Center schedules your appointments. You meet with homeowners in their homes, deliver a professional consultation, recommend solutions based on their needs, and close the sale.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting.

You’ll be supported by pre-set appointments, a proven sales process, comprehensive training, and a team focused on helping you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products and services.
• Understand each homeowner’s needs and recommend the right solution for their home and budget.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value.
• Confidently navigate questions and objections and ask for the sale.
• Prepare contracts, pricing, financing information, and required documentation accurately.
• Follow Long Home’s established sales process and maintain accurate customer records.
• Represent Long Home with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
• Consistently work toward individual sales, closing, and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys face-to-face sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and a desire to compete and succeed.
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through significant purchasing decisions.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• In-home sales, one-call close, home improvement, automotive, real estate, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to customer appointments is REQUIRED.

Compensation & Support

• Uncapped commission with earning potential of $95,000-$250,000+ annually.
• Consistent pre-set appointments provided by our Contact Center.
• No cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated lead requirement.
• Two weeks of paid training at $800 per week.
• Gas allowance during your first three months.
• Proven sales process, scripts, tools, and ongoing coaching.
• No income ceiling - the more you sell, the more you earn.
