Sexton Roofing & Siding in the Pioneer Valley and Northern Connecticut is hiring a sales professional to run in-home appointments for roofing, siding, and window projects, diagnosing homeowner needs and presenting a clear solution.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with company-provided leads and a truck. You’ll build proposals, close contracts, and grow with structured training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales; roofing or home improvement background is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting price and closing in person.
• Knowledge of roofing and siding terminology or quick learner.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments for roofing, siding, and window projects.
• Build and present proposals with scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Close contracts profitable for Sexton and fair for homeowners.
• Supplement company-generated leads with referrals and networking.
• Hand off closed projects to production with accurate scope and homeowner expectations.
• Keep product knowledge current through ongoing training.
• Work with manager on a growth plan tied to income goals.
