Job summary

Vault Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in Novi, MI to join a dynamic residential sales team. You will conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week without cold calling, earning commissions with uncapped upside and a structured training program.

We provide company-provided appointments, a base salary plus commission early on and ongoing coaching, with a clear path for advancement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate technology for sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week (no cold calls).
• Earn commissions with uncapped upside.
• Travel to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
