Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Roofing Sales Consultants to drive in-home sales of residential roofing solutions. You will inspect roofs, present roofing options, price and close projects, and manage follow-up through contract completion.

Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, working evenings and Saturdays, and traveling to customer homes. Training is provided, and top performers can advance to management as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and access attic spaces.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools for measurements and photo capture.
• Close deals that meet homeowner needs and update CRM records.
• Follow up with homeowners to move projects through the process.
