Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations for roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions. You will close projects during home visits, leveraging pre-set qualified appointments and proprietary rendering software.

There is a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a strong earnings potential with 100% commission (W-2) and monthly bonuses. Four weeks of paid training are provided at $1,000/week, with ongoing coaching and support from the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection calmly in a sales cycle.
• Comfortable driving long distances (about 100 miles/day).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in commission-based selling or performance-based roles.
• Proficient with an iPad or similar tablet device for presentations.
• Submit to a background screening.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and provide same-day estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team for coaching and skill development.
