Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Washington.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle access.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments and patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care with physician collaboration.
• Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses, provides instruction and assigns tasks per regulations.
• Performs required supervisory visits and coordinates with health care team.
