Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home care for a Trach/Vent patient across full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care in the patient's home, managing tracheostomy and ventilator needs, monitoring health status, and coordinating with family and care teams. Valid RN license and BLS required; prior home health experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state where you practice.
• Current Health Certificate per facility RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.
