Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home health care in Sevierville, Tennessee. You will create your own schedule and provide one-on-one treatment in patients’ homes, delivering compassionate care with a focus on health and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, current CPR and TB testing, and have at least 1 year of acute care experience (new grads considered).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test current; familiarity with home health care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Develop one-on-one care plans and educate patients and families; promote safety and quality of life.
• Adhere to agency policies and maintain compliant documentation and regulatory standards.
