Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN licensure.
• BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Maryland driver’s license and auto insurance with a reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing in Acute Care/ICU/ED; 2 years home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates, teaches, and supervises in-home nursing care for a patient group.
• Uses the nursing process to assess needs and develop/adjust plans of care.
• Coordinates visits and scheduling based on patient needs and priorities; advocates for patients.
