Job summary

Caring Senior Service of Camden County is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home senior care team in New Jersey. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling, one-on-one client care in the homes of seniors, and the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position as the agency expands.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
• Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care.
• Help maintain compliance with New Jersey regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.
