Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Idaho Falls seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled in-home care to former atomic energy workers. You will develop care plans, document care, and collaborate with a nurse-led team to ensure patient dignity and outcomes.

Requires Idaho RN license, CPR, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts; compensation includes a $3/hr shift differential for nights or weekends, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
