Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses in Washington to provide in-home nursing care and positively impact the health and quality of life of clients in their homes. This role offers one-on-one patient relationships and the flexibility to design your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, communicative, and committed to safety, with an unrestricted RN license in WA, CPR, and TB test.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in WA.
  • Prefer minimum of one year experience as an RN in acute care or equivalent; will consider new grads.
  • Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home nursing care to clients in Washington state.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families.
  • Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
