Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate in-home healthcare in Washington. You will establish one-on-one patient relationships and support health, quality of life, and peace of mind with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates communicate well, respect cultural differences, and maintain safety and compliance with agency policies. Current RN license and CPR/TB tests are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practice state.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; new grads considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Washington.
• Follow care plans, monitor patient status, and communicate changes to supervisors.
