Qualifications

• Education: Requires graduation from accredited nursing school.
• Licensure: Current state licensure. Valid driver's license.
• Certifications: CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients across Benton and parts of Washington and Carroll counties.
• Coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
