Job summary

Professional Case Management, the home health leader, is seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home care across Tennessee. You’ll build one-on-one patient relationships, support health, quality of life and peace of mind, and set your own schedule to fit school, travel or family activities.

This role requires an RN license, CPR, and TB test, with preferred hospital experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision, plus Health Savings and Flexible Spending

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; will consider new grads.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
