Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare of Ohio seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Dayton area home health team. You will deliver skilled nursing care, assess patients, educate families, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team in patients’ homes.

We offer per-visit pay starting at $55, flexible scheduling (part-time and per diem), mileage reimbursement, 3 weeks of PTO for eligible staff, referral bonuses up to $500, and annual merit increases with performance reviews.

Qualifications

• OH RN license is required.
• Familiarity with OASIS and data systems (WellSky/Kinnser) preferred.
• Experience in med-surg and wound care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health per physician orders.
• Develop and update care plans; conduct admissions and case management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and document visit records.
