Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse for in-home, patient-centered care in Payette, Idaho. This part-time, days shift position supports a nurse-led, mission-driven team dedicated to dignified care and positive patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Idaho RN license with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
