Job summary

Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking Respite Caregivers to provide temporary in-home care for families with a child who has a mental health diagnosis. This is a part-time, fee-for-service, independent contractor role with hourly compensation.

Caregivers will support families, work flexible hours week-to-week, and may be eligible for yearly bonuses based on performance and feedback. Clearances and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience or interest in social work or education helpful.
• Empathy for children with special health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly relief for parents.
• Care for children in their homes and/or community.
• Create a fun and safe environment for the child.
