Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking part-time Respite Caregivers to provide in-home, hourly childcare for families with a child who has a mental health diagnosis.

This fee-for-service, independent contractor position offers flexible hours varying week to week based on caregiver availability and family needs. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, with after-hours on-call support and potential yearly bonuses contingent on performance, productivity, and family

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with trauma-informed care values is a plus.
• Interest in in-home childcare and helping children with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly relief for parents.
• Provide care to children in their own homes.
• Create a fun and safe environment for the young person.
