Job summary

Child & Family Focus, Inc. seeks Respite Caregivers to support families by providing hourly in-home childcare for children with mental health diagnoses.

This part-time, fee-for-service, independent contractor role offers flexible hours that vary weekly based on caregiver availability and family needs. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with potential yearly bonuses tied to performance, productivity, and family feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Independent contractor status for respite services.
• Clearances, background checks, drug screenings and other documentation required.
• Residence within Bucks, Chester or Delaware Counties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly relief for parents.
• Provide care to children in their own homes.
• Create a fun, safe environment for the child.
