Rotech Healthcare Inc. is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support for patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy.

You will work in patients’ homes, providing hands-on care and education while coordinating with the care team. The role emphasizes autonomy, patient education, and compassionate service, with on-call duties and ongoing professional practice support.

Formación

• Active licensure in respiratory therapy (RRT/CRT) or nursing (RN) required.
• License maintenance and compliance with state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a complete listing of all current respiratory patients.
• Provides initial and ongoing phone contacts with all respiratory patients per policy.
• Provides in-home visits to patients per policy and procedure.
• Performs patient assessments including history, symptoms, vitals, and spirometry as appropriate.
• Sets up and monitors high-tech respiratory equipment (ventilators, oxygen therapy).
• Maintains documentation of all services per policies and procedures.
• Assumes on-call responsibilities for phone consultations during non-business hours.
• Participates in orientation and training of other personnel as needed.
