Job summary

SuperCare Health in Monterey, CA seeks a Respiratory Therapist I to manage respiratory equipment needs, assess patient requirements, educate patients, and coordinate with physicians. The RT-1 role transitions to RT-2 after one year based on performance and open opportunities.

Qualified candidates are licensed RCPs with prior respiratory therapy experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RT care program and licensed as an RCP.
• Experience delivering respiratory care and patient education.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document and process orders for respiratory equipment and services.
• Assess patient needs and select appropriate respiratory therapy.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and adjust care plans.
• Maintain Plan of Care documentation and liaison with care team.
