Job summary

MSI is hiring experienced Respiratory Therapists (CRTT or RRT) to provide in-home respiratory care and equipment setups across Iowa. You’ll have a consistent, weekly schedule with regular hours and pay, with part-time and full-time options available.

You’ll visit patients at home to set up and support oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, trach care, suction, and high-tech ventilation, while teaching patients and caregivers to use equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an active CRTT or RRT credential.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile or web-based systems.
• Based in or able to commute within the assigned area.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home setups for CPAP/BiPAP, tracheostomy care, suction, and ventilation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Deliver prompt, “white glove” service and resolve issues during follow-up visits or calls.
• Plan efficient routes and complete timely electronic documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
