Job summary

MSI is hiring experienced Respiratory Therapists (CRTT or RRT) to provide in-home respiratory care and equipment setups in Indiana. You’ll visit patients at home, set up oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, trach care, suction, and high-tech ventilation, and teach patients and caregivers how to use equipment safely.

We offer flexible weekly schedules around your current job, with part-time and full-time options. You’ll receive coordinated scheduling support and opportunities to grow your home-health skills,

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an active CRTT or RRT credential.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile or web-based systems.
Based in or able to commute within the assigned area.
Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform in-home setups for CPAP/BiPAP, tracheostomy care, suction, and ventilation.
Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance.
Deliver prompt, “white glove” service and resolve issues during follow-up visits or calls.
Plan efficient routes and complete timely electronic documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
