Job summary

Chrysalis in Utah seeks a full-time Residential Care Manager for In-Home Caregiving to support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead self-directed, meaningful lives. The House Manager will oversee daily operations of the residential program, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the disability field preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory and staff management abilities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Ability to complete program documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program and supervise Residential Support Staff.
• Ensure person-centered plans are implemented and individualized needs met.
• Coordinate with school, state workers, families, therapists, and residential placement to support successful outcomes.
