Job summary

All Seniors Foundation in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Registered Nurse (Home Health RN) to deliver compassionate, in-home care to seniors. You will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, and provide hands-on clinical support in patients' homes.

You will coordinate with physicians and families, educate clients on managing chronic conditions, and ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.

• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and care documentation.

Responsibilities
