Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of MO.
- In Home experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills required.
- Compassionate customer service skills necessary.
- Valid driver's license needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including taking vitals and medication management.
- Open new cases and obtain all necessary documentation.
- Observe, record, and report changes in the client's condition.
- Supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care Services.
- Provide education on medication when necessary.
- Follow the state-approved care plan.
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings.
