Cambridge Caregivers -Austin is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Austin team. You will provide direct in-home nursing care, follow physician-directed treatments, and coordinate with caregivers to ensure continuity of care for clients and their families.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, attention to detail, and strong communication. Flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for varied visits and routine check-ins are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or Compact license in good standing.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or personal assistance care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of client conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Fill medication boxes and provide medication management support.
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation in WellSky or similar tools.
• Educate clients and families on proper care strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and family for care continuity.
• Support training and adherence to care plans for caregivers.
• Promote client independence and safe home environments.
