Job summary

BrightStar Care of Southwest Atlanta - College Park is hiring Registered Nurses for one-on-one clinical work in clients' homes. You will care for one client at a time and report to our Director of Nursing, who oversees clinical care.

Responsibilities include performing skilled nursing procedures, in-home assessments, and teaching clients and their families. Georgia RN license and current certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license, or a multistate license valid for practice in Georgia.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the plan of care and perform skilled nursing procedures.
• Complete in-home client assessments.
• Report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing.
• Teach clients and family caregivers.
• Complete documentation to Georgia home care regulations and agency policy.
