Job summary

BrightStar Care of North Dekalb and Peachtree Corners is seeking a Home Care RN to provide direct patient care in the North Dekalb area. You will also supervise caregivers as needed and uphold a higher standard of care.

Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, wound care, infusions, and communicating with families and clinicians to ensure quality services. A compassionate, detail‑oriented nurse will thrive in this role with an emphasis on safety and coordination.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• TB skin test or Chest X‑ray clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments and skilled nursing tasks.
• Supervise CNAs and caregiver visits as needed.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure service quality.
• Review progress notes and plan of care; update families on health changes.
