Job summary

JAVA Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Surprise, Arizona area. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA-designed plan, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to support client success.

Qualifying candidates will hold an RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check. Local travel and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24-28/hour
• Full Time & Part Time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
