Qualifications

About the Role

As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA, you'll work one-on-one with children in their home environment under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs

  • Use data-driven techniques to promote meaningful behavior changes

  • Collaborate with families to ensure therapy supports real-life success at home and in the community

  • Record and track progress using electronic medical records (EMR)

We provide in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA therapy for children aged 2-18 across multiple states. What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Active RBT certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

  • Experience working with children of different ages and abilities

  • Familiarity with EMR systems for session documentation

Preferred:

  • TRICARE experience

  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • A strong passion for helping children grow toward greater independence
