Job summary

The Treetop in Carthage, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and clinic ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training to advance clinical skills. This role offers competitive pay, paid training, and growth opportunities within a supportive, family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
