Job summary

The Treetop in Wilmington, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in home and clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
