Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum. The role requires implementing individualized ABA plans, maintaining data collection, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or are pursuing relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
