Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change.
• Collect simple data to track progress and support independence with ADLs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
