Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Raeford, NC is seeking an in-home/in-clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include delivering sessions, data collection, collaborating with families, and maintaining open communication with supervising BCBAs. The role offers paid training, daily pay, and a strong, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
