Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on building meaningful skills and independence for children within families, with the Gentle Way HAMOC approach.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3 pm–6 pm, about 15 hours per week, with competitive pay, weekly pay, mileage between clients, and opportunities for professional growth including supervision toward BCBA certification.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team.
• Help children build meaningful skills and independence.
