Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey seeks an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision, focusing on skill development, communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and clinicians, collect data, maintain documentation, and guide families on ABA strategies. This role requires travel to clients' homes and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT training and certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions.
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions.
• Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings.
