Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in West Valley City is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children and families.

You'll work 1:1 with clients, implement evidence-based strategies, collect data, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA. This role offers supportive team culture and opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification, with afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support).
• Reliable transportation within West Valley City.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
