Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team providing one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, support independence, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.

We offer part-time roles with flexibility, opportunities for advancement, a supportive clinical team, and training to accumulate supervised hours, including both restricted and unrestricted

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
