Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician for a home-based case in Lombard, IL. Part-time schedule (M-F 4-6pm) with potential medical benefits for those who qualify, supporting youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, implementing ABA-driven programs, collecting progress data, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and/or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
