Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We also offer customized training on ABA basics, behavior understanding, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

This role requires an active RBT credential under BCBA supervision, with weekday and weekend availability to visit homes. You will implement one-to-one interventions, collect data, and participate in staff training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB is required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
