Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision, while participating in ongoing ABA training and maintaining clear communication with supervisors.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability and involves direct data collection from therapy sessions to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• This therapist works directly in the homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
