Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Kennesaw, GA is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on, in-home care to older adults under supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will lead one-on-one sessions, guide therapeutic exercises, and document visits in FOX’s EMR while collaborating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to grow your skills and caseload.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources; assist with coverage as needed.
