Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Spring Hill, FL, invites licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join a clinician‑driven team delivering in‑home and senior living care under a supervising Physical Therapist. You’ll implement individualized plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress in FOX’s EMR, growing your skills within a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.

As part of a team with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, you’ll receive built‑in mentorship, opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and community referral sources as needed.
